Deliveries Returns and Refunds

Delivery Options:

• We deliver door to door making use of a reputable courier. Note this is only for main city centres
• For outlying or remote areas we make use of a courier that has thousands of drop off and collections points. 
• If you have any concerns or require clarity you are welcome to get in touch with us info@repeadz.co.za.
• Deliveries times vary from same day up to 14 days. On average deliveries are done within 2-5 days.

Refunds and returns:

• We really try our best to make sure what you see is what you get. To this end our return ratio to sales is less that 0.5%
• Should you however feel that  product condition does not matches the description on the website and would like to return the product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We must be informed via email on info@repeadz.co.za.
• Returns shipping will be for your own account. 
• Once we receive a claim we will communicate with you to best resolve the matter.
• Note that delivery fees and cash handling fees are non refundable.
• Should you not follow this process it can meant that you may not be refunded.
• Note no refunds are processed on sale items.
